Live and auto webinar

Viewer data, GDPR and room security

The account owner is the controller of sign-up data, and Lukrena processes it on their behalf. The policy under the form is the client's, not ours.

Benefits

What it changes

A clear role

The client is the controller, and if their documents are missing we don't substitute our own.

No card data

From payments, only the Stripe account ID is stored, never keys or card numbers.

Entry control

Entry limits, a signal when a link is circulating, and a password-protected room for a closed audience.

Step by step

How it works

  1. 1

    Client documents

Privacy policy and terms under the form, editable consent text.

  2. 2

    Sign-up

A personal link tied to the sign-up, with no password or account.

  3. 3

    Deletion on request

A person's data is removed together with their purchases, messages and sessions.

  • Editable consent text under the form
  • Deleting an individual's data with their purchases, messages and sessions
  • Spam reports unsubscribe from all communication

Questions

Security and GDPR: questions

Who is the controller of viewer data?
The owner of the account running the webinar. Lukrena processes the data on their behalf.
Is there two-factor login?
No. The password is changed from the panel after logging in, and a password reset without account access requires contacting us.
