Auto webinar

Auto webinar questions on Telegram, answers in the viewer's chat

A viewer writes during the recording, and a notification goes to Telegram through your own bot. A reply sent from the panel or from Telegram lands in that viewer's chat without a page refresh.

Benefits

What it changes

A person, not a canned reply

A new question gets an answer from the host, even if it was asked on a Sunday at 10 pm.

Works after the session

A reply sent a few hours later still reaches that person's chat.

Problem filter

Questions are separated from comments, and patterns like "I can't", "please send an invoice" or "refund" are flagged separately.

Step by step

How it works

  1. 1

    Your own bot

Your Telegram bot connected in the account settings.

  2. 2

    Question in the chat

The viewer writes during the recording and the filter recognises a question.

  3. 3

    Notification on your phone

The question is sent to the host's Telegram.

  4. 4

    Reply in the chat

Sent from the panel or from Telegram, it appears for the viewer without a refresh.

Questions

Viewer questions to your phone: questions

Does this work in a live webinar?
Telegram questions work in auto webinars. In a live session the host replies directly from the control panel in the Studio.
What about questions that come up every session?
Those are handled by the auto-moderator from the bank of approved answers, and only questions outside the list go to Telegram.
