1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed at lukrena.com is Katarzyna Górecka, ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warszawa, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 7412060624 ("Controller"). Contact: katarzyna.gorecka@mybzz.com.
2. What data we process
(a) Webinar attendee data: first name, email address, participation details (join time, total watch time, clicks on presented offers), chat messages and purchase status reported by the webinar host. (b) Account holder (webinar host) data: email address, billing and configuration details. (c) Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies necessary for the service to work.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to: deliver webinar streams and replays (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), send emails related to the webinar an attendee signed up for - including reminders and follow-ups (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), provide viewing statistics to the webinar host (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and fulfil the Controller's legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
4. Recipients
We entrust data to processors only to the extent necessary to run the service: Cloudflare, Inc. (video streaming and storage, network infrastructure), Twilio SendGrid (email delivery) and our hosting provider. The host of the webinar you signed up for has access to their attendees' data as an independent controller for their own marketing activities.
5. Retention
Attendee data is kept for the duration of the host's webinar campaign and the period needed to settle it, and no longer than until a deletion request. Account data is deleted when the account is closed, except for data required by law (e.g. billing records).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office). Requests: katarzyna.gorecka@mybzz.com.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The service uses only essential cookies (login session, language preference) and browser local storage (e.g. remembering that a viewer enabled stream sound). We use no advertising cookies. A webinar host may attach their own marketing pixel (e.g. Meta) to their webinar pages - they are responsible for it as an independent controller.
