Terms of service

§1. General

The lukrena.com service ("Service") is operated by Katarzyna Górecka, ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warszawa, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 7412060624 ("Provider"). The Service enables hosting live webinars, publishing their replays and automated email communication with attendees.

§2. Private beta

The Service operates in private beta. Accounts are created by invitation only. Features may change and access may be temporarily limited due to development work. Access requests: katarzyna.gorecka@mybzz.com.

§3. Host accounts

Hosts agree to keep their credentials secure, provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully. Hosts are responsible for the content of their webinars, the content of their email sequences and for having a legal basis to contact their attendees.

§4. Attendees

Attendees receive a personal link to the webinar room. The link is assigned to the attendee and should not be shared. Posting unlawful, offensive content or spam in the chat is prohibited; hosts may hide such messages. Attendees can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the footer.

§5. Liability

The Provider strives to deliver uninterrupted streams but, in the beta phase, does not guarantee continuous availability. The Provider is not responsible for hosts' webinar content or the outcomes of commercial offers presented during webinars. The Provider's liability is limited to the fees paid by the host for the given billing period.

§6. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to katarzyna.gorecka@mybzz.com. We respond within 14 days.

§7. Final provisions

Polish law applies. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy. Users will be notified of changes to these Terms by email at least 14 days in advance.
