Auto webinars for online stores

Traffic reaches a store around the clock, but a live product demo can happen once a week. That leaves several days of waiting between the ad and the purchase, and the cart goes cold in the meantime. Stores selling courses, supplements, cosmetics and equipment that needs demonstrating lose the most.

Today

What costs time and money today

Ads spend PLN 400 a day, and the next webinar is 6 days away. By then half of the registrants have forgotten the topic.

A product demo posted on YouTube has an average watch time of 4 minutes, because viewers skip to the price and leave.

A "today only, until 23:59" discount makes no sense for someone who landed on the page at 23:40.

Questions about ingredients, sizing or delivery arrive by email at 22:00, and the answer goes out in the morning, after the decision.

Auto webinars win here

In a store, what matters is the distance between the ad click and the purchase, not whether a host is present. A session every 15 minutes between 18:00 and 22:00, or instant entry right after sign-up, cuts that distance to a few minutes. A sales window counted from the viewer's session gives everyone their own deadline: someone who arrived at 23:40 gets the full window, not three minutes of leftovers. Because viewers cannot skip ahead, the product argument lands in the minute it is meant to, instead of being skipped on the way to the price.

Step by step

An example flow from ad to sale

The numbers are examples. They show scale, not a guaranteed result.

  1. 1

    A Meta ad sends people…

A Meta ad sends people to a sign-up page in one of four templates, on the store's own domain. The Meta pixel, with server-side event forwarding, reports the sign-up.

  2. 2

The viewer enters right away or picks…

The viewer enters right away or picks the next session, every 15 minutes. The start is calculated on the server, so everyone in the same session is at the same second of the recording.

  3. 3

    The demo runs 32 minutes

The demo runs 32 minutes. The script posts comments at scheduled seconds, and at minute 9 a poll, "what is stopping you from ordering", shows results in percentages.

  4. 4

At minute 24 the offer appears…

At minute 24 the offer appears with three products in the room: a bundle, a single item and an add-on. The sales window lasts 45 minutes from the start of that viewer's session.

  5. 5

    A sizing question asked at 22:50 goes…

A sizing question asked at 22:50 goes to Telegram, and the answer comes back to that person's chat without a page refresh. Post-webinar emails split the list by behaviour.

Features

The features that work hardest here

A session every X minutes and instant entry

A few minutes pass between the ad click and the product demo, not 6 days.

Sales window counted from the viewer's session

A discount makes sense at any hour, because the countdown starts when that one person enters.

Checkout in the room for up to three products

Payment opens in the same window, so a pop-up blocker does not eat the order.

Viewer questions via Telegram

A question about ingredients or delivery asked in the evening gets an answer from a person in that viewer's chat.

Sign-up source broken down by purchases

You can see which creative brings orders and which only brings sign-ups. Sorting is by purchases, not by percentage.

FAQ

Questions

Will viewers realise it is a recording?
The recording plays with no skipping ahead, a viewer counter that does not change on refresh and comments at scheduled seconds. A question asked in the chat goes to the host and gets a real answer. The honest approach is to present the event as a demo played on a schedule.
Will the order reach the store's system?
Payment goes through the store's own Stripe with no platform commission and is recorded in the panel through the Stripe webhook right after payment. A store with its own checkout reports the conversion through the API, and the purchase is then linked to that specific viewer's session.
How much does video delivery cost with heavy traffic?
The video sits on the store's own Cloudflare Stream or Bunny account and delivery is paid directly to the provider. A thousand viewers for an hour is about 900 GB: a few dollars at Bunny, around ninety at Cloudflare. The panel calculates this difference before publishing.
