Webinars for accounting firms

An accounting firm sells trust, and trust does not fit in a price list. A business owner compares three quotes and picks the cheapest, because there is nothing to tell apart an accountant who knows their industry from one who just re-types invoices. A live webinar gives 45 minutes in which that difference becomes visible.

Today

What costs time and money today

"How much does it cost?" arrives in the first email, before the client has seen anything except a competitor's price.

Year-end closing eats January and February, and new clients turn up exactly when there is no time to talk to them.

A consultation is an hour with one person, and the same questions about KSeF (Poland's national e-invoicing system), Estonian-style CIT and flat-rate tax come up in every meeting.

A client leaves after two years because they never learned that the firm does more than book invoices.

Live webinars win here

Regulations change during the year, and a recording from March can be out of date by June. Live, the host answers questions about what has just come into force, and AI suggestions approved before sending make it possible to handle 40 questions without a second person at the keyboard. Precision has legal weight here: the host sees the question and decides on the wording, nothing goes out automatically. The replay then plays the real comments and the offer moment, so one event keeps working for the people who missed it.

Step by step

An example flow from ad to sale

The numbers are examples. They show scale, not a guaranteed result.

  1. 1

A campaign with the Meta pixel leads…

A campaign with the Meta pixel leads to a sign-up page on the firm's own domain: "KSeF in practice: 6 things to set up in your company by the end of the quarter".

  2. 2

    180 people register

180 people register. Each gets a calendar file and an SMS 30 minutes before the start, and quiet hours stop emails from going out in the middle of the night.

  3. 3

    The webinar runs 50 minutes

The webinar runs 50 minutes: a PDF presentation with an invoice view, a cropped screen area enlarging one form field, and private notes with article numbers for each slide.

  4. 4

At minute 34 the host shows…

At minute 34 the host shows the offer: a KSeF readiness review, 12 slots a month, with a counter adjusted live as requests come in.

  5. 5

After the event the email sequence splits…

After the event the email sequence splits the list into four groups, and people who saw the offer but did not buy get an explanation of liability for an incorrect file.

Features

The features that work hardest here

Private speaker notes per slide

Article numbers, deadlines and thresholds are at hand, so nobody says "I think so, let me check" on air.

Answer suggestions approved by the host

The accountant runs every sentence past their own judgement before it reaches the chat, even with 40 questions at once.

Screen area cropping

One box of a tax form, enlarged, instead of the whole program window, readable on a phone too.

The firm's own documents under the form

The firm is the data controller for the business owners who sign up, so its own privacy policy sits under the form, not ours.

Contacts with each person's history

You can see that the same address attended three webinars on flat-rate tax, so the sales call starts in the right place.

FAQ

Questions

Can we talk about regulations without giving tax advice?
Educational material describes the mechanism and the general rule, not the case of a specific taxpayer. That is the standard training format. Individual cases move to a paid consultation, and the host keeps full control, because no answer in the chat goes out without their approval.
Who is the data controller for the people who sign up?
The accounting firm. Its own privacy policy and terms appear under the form, the consent text can be edited, and a specific person's data is deleted on request. Lukrena processes the data on the firm's behalf.
What if the office internet goes down during the webinar?
The broadcast resumes after the connection drops, and the upload quality indicator warns about a dip before viewers see stuttering. A backup copy of the recording goes to the server every 15 seconds, so material for the replay exists even if the event is interrupted.
