An auto webinar plays a recording at many times

A viewer signs up for a chosen time, gets reminders, and at the start time enters a room where the recording plays from the beginning. Time is counted on the server, not by the browser clock, so changing the system clock does not unlock anything. The step bar guides you through the build order.
