Contacts, export and data deletion

The Kontakty (Contacts) tab gathers everyone on the account together with their history: which webinars they signed up for, how much they watched, what they asked and what they bought. The CSV export is prepared for Polish-locale spreadsheets: a semicolon separator, an encoding marker and a decimal comma, without which Excel treats amounts as text. A single person's data is deleted on request along with their purchases, messages and sessions, and their personal link then stops existing.

Note: The account owner, not Lukrena, is the data controller for registrants. You must point to your own privacy policy and terms under the sign-up form. If they are missing, we show nothing, because substituting our documents would be misleading.
