Seat counter and countdown

The seat counter shows a falling number of free places, and the countdown shows the time until the sales window closes. The countdown starts from the first time the offer is shown, so a viewer returning to the room does not get a fresh deadline. The per-session seat limit, set on the Terminy (Schedule) tab, really does stop sign-ups once it runs out.
