Audio guard and broadcast quality

The audio meter refreshes several times a second and raises an alert when the microphone stops picking up a signal or when silence lasts more than ten seconds. The upload quality indicator reports bitrate, smoothness, packet loss and the reason the encoder is throttling every two seconds, and shows whether encoding runs on the graphics card or the processor. "Connected" on its own is not enough, because it stays green even when viewers are getting a slideshow.
