Sending health and reputation protection

Sending for a whole webinar can be paused with one switch while testing. Independently of that, Lukrena blocks sending once the bounce or spam complaint threshold is exceeded, but below fifty sent emails it makes no bounce judgement, because percentages from twenty emails are noise.

Note: All customers send from one domain, so high bounce rates for one customer hurt deliverability for everyone. Unblocking requires a request, and bought or old lists must not be uploaded.
