Double sending: what to watch for

With an email tool connected, the same reminders can go out twice: once from Lukrena and once from an automation on the other side.

Note: Before the first webinar with an integration, check that your external automation does not send start reminders. Duplicate emails increase spam complaints, and those block sending on the shared domain.
