Telegram notifications from your own bot

The bot sends notifications about sign-ups and viewer questions straight to your phone, and you can answer a question without opening the panel. The answer lands in that viewer's chat. The bot is created with BotFather, and its token is entered under Powiadomienia (Notifications). The panel checks the token and reads the chat ID on its own. A filter separates questions from comments and also reacts to problem patterns such as "I can't" or "please send an invoice", because a phone that buzzes at every "great" gets muted for good.
